The Indian gooseberry, whole fruit, skin and fibre left in. Traditionally taken for hair, skin and everyday vitality. Organic amla fruit, dried and ground whole at 500mg a capsule. Phyllanthus emblica is called amalaki in Sanskrit and also Dhatri, which means nurse. Ayurveda puts it at the centre of the rasayana tradition, the plants taken every day across years.
