WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available for all products. Customers will be informed when their order is ready for collection - Normally after 1 - 2 working days
Please note - If you come to the store before being contacted about your order, it may not have arrived and not be ready for collection
All click and collect orders must be collected within 7 days (unless longer is arranged directly with the store) of being notified that the items have arrived.
After 7 days (or if the order is cancelled) the items will be returned to our supplier and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount of the order..

Free Shipping
We offer free Standard Delivery shipping on Orders over £75 for products that are not marked as Store Collection Only.
Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping for orders that weigh 18kg or more as these deliveries are classed as Heavy shipments. Please see table of rates below:
