Ayurvediq Wellness - Organic Triphala (60 capsule)

Three fruits in one formula. Where Ayurveda tends to start. Traditionally taken for everyday digestion and regularity. The classical Ayurvedic formula of three fruits: organic amla, bibhitaki and haritaki in equal parts, 500mg a capsule. Each fruit is dried and ground on its own before blending, so what goes in is whole fruit rather than an extract. The recipe appears in texts two thousand years old and the proportions have stayed the same since. Certified organic by the Soil Association and Certified Vegan, and free from fillers, binders and flow agents. 60 capsules.
