Made with organic cabbage, garlic, and Italian herbs, it's naturally fermented for a fresh, savoury flavour with real depth. Unpasteurised and full of live cultures, this kraut is crisp, balanced, and incredibly versatile. It works beautifully with pasta dishes, sandwiches, salads, or straight from the jar. Slow-fermented, never heat-treated, and made using simple, organic cabbage, real food, done properly.
